Most organizations struggle to deliver projects on-time and within budget and still meet their intended requirements. The objective of the Lean Project Management Course is to provide you with the thinking, tools and techniques to successfully manage projects more efficiently and effectively. The course addresses all aspects of the project cycle from initial conceptualization to project closeout.

During this interactive course, you will have the opportunity to practice using simple, practical project management tools and begin applying them in your organization immediately.
