Agree GEAR is seeking specific ideas and comments on how to make the delivery of State government services more efficient. General constituent inquiries, requests, and complaints about State government services, programs, decisions or proposals should be directed to the Governor’s Constituent Relations Team at OGOV@Delaware.gov. The Governor’s Constituent Relations Team staff will be able to get these general constituent inquiries, requests and complaints addressed more expeditiously than the GEAR staff. Thank you.
